 Dr Allan RingardEmail: allan@sunrisedentalsolutions.com Personal Dr. Allan Ringard grew up all over the United States and in Norway. The oldest of three brothers , he settled with his family in San Diego where Allan graduated high school. In 1973 he joined the United States Air Force. While serving over four and a half years in the Air Force, Dr. Ringard worked as a dental assistant and then as a hygienist. After his military service he embarked on his educational journey to become a dentist. Dr. Ringard graduated from the University of California San Diego and then the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco class of '84.. Soon after graduation he settled in Napa and created Silverado Dental Care. Since establishing his cutting edge dental practice in the beautiful Napa Valley Dr. Ringard has completed hundreds of hours of courses in post graduate dental education. He is dedicated to learning and incorporating the latest advancements in dentistry in an effort to provide high quality, comfortable care for his patients. Dr. Ringard was first introduced to laser dentistry in 1996. He has since trained in the use of soft tissue laser (diode), hard tissue laser (YSGG) and the CO2 laser technology. Dr. Ringard is a standing member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Napa/Solano Dental Association. He is also a certified member of DOCS (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation). Dr. Ringard has spoken at various study clubs and organizations. He has been a presenter for such well known programs as Pacific Aesthetic Continuum Live, Dental Boot Kamp, Balance Quest, Sunrise Dental Solutions, The Crown Council and DOCS. When Dr. Ringard is not practicing his passion for dentistry he spends his time bass fishing, traveling and enjoying the outdoors. He is happiest when pursuing these activities with his children.
