Unlike other dental consulting firms out there, we won’t just spend a few days with you and then wish you the best moving forward. Your coach will be in touch with you on a monthly basis to ensure your questions are being answered and the right strategies are being implemented. We’ll be in constant communication with you so we can frequently update and tweak your program so we can achieve even better results.

Practice Analysis & Ongoing Support

In order to truly understand your practice, we need to know the numbers—how many new patients are you seeing? What are your cancellations like? What percentage of your patients are using insurance? By learning these numbers and working to move them in the directions you want, we can help you achieve your unique career goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ll constantly check these numbers throughout your partnership with us so we can make sure everything is working, ensuring we can make on-the-fly adjustments as needed to ensure success.

On-Site Training Programs

That’s right, we’re happy to come to you! Talking about doing things differently at your practice is one thing…it’s completely different for one of our coaches or trainers to actually work with your team in the environment you practice in every day. This approach not only allows us to better personalize your coaching program, but it will also help your team implement new habits in a way so they are more likely to stick long after we’re gone.
