Matt VanderMolen, DDS

Dr. VanderMolen has been a trusted name in Springfield and Central Illinois when it comes to dental excellence for well over three decades. After completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois in 1985, he was selected for the Navy’s very prestigious postgraduate program in Advanced Dentistry at Bethesda Naval Hospital, eventually graduating 1 ^st in his class in 1986. After completing a tour of duty in Italy, he was rated as the best Navy dentist throughout Europe. Following his service, he established a private practice in 1990. Today, he leads a team of 30, which includes two associate dentists.

To this day, Dr. VanderMolen completes over 100 hours of continuing education on a yearly basis. He is the recipient of the prestigious Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry and also has appeared multiple times on News Channel 20 during their Ask the Expert series. You can additionally catch him during the Wellness Hour, which is every Saturday morning at 6:30 AM. He is a co-author as well, having published a book with best-selling author Brian Tracy and many others that is titled The Secret to Winning Big, featuring specific secrets about winning in both business and life.
